AMBROS WORLD FOODS is a food concepts corporation which help F&B in India is the fastest growing industry in the country today growing at over 25% YoY. However, there are still various concepts in the country which have been just touched upon, but yet never professionalized and converted it into a chain of restaurants. Our attempt is to bring into life such concepts which consumers have always wanted, but never found a right place to be.
The core DNA of the company is to Create, Execute, Manage Great Concept Restaurants and nurture the outlets from the core, and thereby making sure of the Investments and its ROI. We actually run and manage the concepts through our professional expertise, understanding very well the fact that not all entrepreneurs come from the F&B backgrounds and just Creation of the outlet for the Investor is only half the work done.
Ambros draws its strength from the core technical team of the company which collectively bring on the table over 25+ years of International F&B experience, spread across the fields of Finance, Operations, Food, Systems, Franchise, etc.

The vision of our company is to diversify & expand exponentially by opening leading restaurants, sports bar, QSR chains offering customers quality food & service in all major cities across India and eventually moving on to the world platform.We would like to offer quality & unique concept driven dinning experiences in international cuisines across the globe.
Brands Under Ambros World Foods as of now is The Studs Sports Bar and Grill- India’s First Premium Luxury Sports Bar. Upcoming brands – Crew Bar- A shippy’s most preferred place, Substation- Indian’s first home grown Hot Sub sandwich and shakes brand. Also we are currently opening 5 more outlets of The Studs Sports Bar and Grill across Mumbai and Pune as of now and following the same on a franchise module spanning Pan India.
The Core Team
Miten Shah
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Miten is an Investment Banker who has spent over 7 years in M&A, Private Equity and Raising Funds through UHNI’s across Asia Pacific Region. A large part of his Investment Banking experience revolved around Food and Beverage industry, giving him an ideal and in-depth understanding of how F&B investments work and thus create synergic models enabling the investors of Ambros to make great returns. He leads the Finance, Investments and Strategy part of Ambros World Foods.
Abhilash Menon
An avid Food & Beverage Industry expert, who has travelled over 60+ countries in the world brings on an extensive International F&B Experience on the Ambros platter. Abhilash started his journey as a Bartender on International Cruise Ships in his early days and has evolved to work with 4-5 International Brands in India. With a knowledge level unparalleled in the industry, Abhilash leads the Operations, Projects and Concepts developments part of Ambros World Foods.
